Fishing Report

Tautog are throughout the Canal. Fishermen this week have been catching Tog up to Keeper size. We have Seaworms and crabs available for the Tog.

Schoolie Striped Bass have arrived to the West End of the Canal. They will soon be at the Herring run area this weekend. Soft Paddletail jigs and Crippled Herring Metal Jigs are the way to go.

The past few years the 20lb+ Bass have arrived to the Canal around May 5th. Before Covid these Bigger bass would arrive around Mothers Day, but I would make sure you are ready with a 10' plus setup before the end of April.
